At Artisan, we have found that some specific properties require a specialised marketing strategy to launch them vividly onto the market. This requires a specialised form of marketing which we organise with you, prior to the launch day.
The method may include a Property Open Day or a sequence of bookings over a set period of weeks. Appointments would be pre-arranged regarding the date and time for prospective buyers to view the property. These dates would be promoted in advance. During the appointments, an associate from Artisan will meet and greet interested buyers and conduct the viewing appointments. Following the promotional event, the feedback ascertained will be provided to the seller. This method of marketing has proven to be an efficient and effective way of stimulating interest in many properties.
